The MDF_2000.pdf document is provided as a reference for users of the
Multi-Dictionary Formatter (MDF) feature of Shoebox 5. Note that much
of chapters 1 and 3 and appendixes F, G, and H are only applicable to
the MS-DOS MDF program.
